Bolivia Caranavi

This washed coffee is from the Caranavi region and is composed to both Caturra and Typica varietals. The roast profile for this coffee allows for a nice development of sugars and caramelization of flavors. 

Tasting Notes Quietly nut-toned (almond), apricot with a mellow acidity and subtle spiced quality (think white pepper). Lightly drying, crisp with an aromatic wood note with suggestions of cocoa.
