Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

This coffee is from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia where the soils of this particular growing region are of volcanic origin with a high nutrient-holding capacity for clay minerals. This results in excellent quality coffee with complex and desirable characteristics. It is a fully-washed coffee that is processed using eco-pulping machines and is dried on raised African beds.
 

Tasting Notes: This exquisite organic coffee grown in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia has characteristics of a classic butter body, black tea, and herbal citrus cup.
