Deep in the heart of Brazil lies Santa Cristina, a farm located in the center of the most famous growing lands of Cerrado Mineiro. At an altitude of 902m, it processes natural coffees and grows numerous varietals, including catuai, novo mundo, acaia, and IBC 12.
The farm was acquired by the current owner in 2012 in order to convert to organic production using new technology and quality standards. This coffee was roasted for the intended use as a well-developed espresso that is low acid and round in flavor without being a dark roast coffee.
Tasting notes: peanut butter, marzipan, milk chocolate, mild stone fruit; buttery and smooth
